actual places which are to Customs stations within this Colony. That we have in mind is such plecos arc Kap-sui-mun and Dumb-boll Island.

Mr. lazca The principle of the Customs having an examination office on British soil was

concoded in 1911.

His Excellency: I take it that you would also want a sub-office in Kowloon whore you could collect dutics.
